Information Systems - Computer Operator

The Computer Operator is responsible for the proactive monitoring of Microsoft Windows and IBM OS/400 operating systems, interactive applications, and batch applications.  Individual will be responsible for scheduling and manual job submissions on Microsoft Windows and IBM iSeries platforms.

Must be able to answer and effectively manage Level 1 support calls, communicate effectively in a team environment and work with outside vendors and customers. 

This position requires technical experience with IBM OS/400 and Microsoft Window operating systems is a plus.  Knowledge and experience in job scheduling is plus. 

Repayment Services – Account Representative/Collector

The Account Representative/Collector is responsible for assisting customers in establishing satisfactory payment arrangements for their student loan.  Candidate must have the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing, demonstrate good listening skills and work effectively with large staff, general public and independently. 

This position requires high school diploma or equivalency.  Prefer at least one year of collection experience with general knowledge of “The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act” and “The Fair Credit Reporting Act”.
